(Globalfare), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vertical Computer Systems, Inc., today announced it has entered into a services agreement with Zegato Solutions, Inc. to provide leisure travel fulfillment for the governmental client base of Zegato Solutions, Inc. Globalfare has also entered into an arrangement with Picasso Travel, Inc. whereby Picasso Travel will provide air, hotel and other travel options through Globalfare to Zegato Solutions, Inc.
